We ask that you do not leave any child under 3years of age unsupervised with any of the products you purchase from Budder Beans LLC.

Shipping Information: Budder Beans ships via UPS. During checkout you will find several options for delivery of your purchase. Shipping charges are approximate and may vary at the actual time of shipment. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information for your purchase. Budder Beans is not responsible for shipments once they leave our store and tracking information has been provided. We kindly suggest purchasing insurance through UPS for large orders. Please keep in mind that some of our personalized items ship from different locations and may be shipped via carriers other than UPS. Tracking numbers for these purchases will be provided at the time of shipment. The standard lead time for non-personalized items is 3-4 business days. Should an item go on back order or require additional time to complete your shipment, you will be contacted via email within 24 hours. Please feel free to contact us via email should you require special shipping instructions not listed during checkout.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: At Budder Beans we take great pride in providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Should you receive a product that you are not 100% pleased with, please contact us via email and we will do our absolute best to make it right! Once an item has been processed for shipment from our Boutique we no longer accept cancelations of orders. Should you need to cancel an order prior to shipment, please contact us via email.
